Ann Fen specialises in the full spectrum of trade mark matters (including prosecution, oppositions and removals), IP portfolio management, branding strategy and disputes. She also has strong expertise in advising on general IP law and handling ancillary legal transactions such as assignments, licensing and IP/technology contracts.
With over 17 years of experience, Ann Fen has provided strategic guidance and legal services to clients in a variety of industries including, technology, robotics, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, music and entertainment, health care, retail, fashion, FMCG, financial services, consumer electronics and sustainable (‘closed loop’) consumer goods.

Ann Fen completed her undergraduate degree in Laws and Information Technology at the Queensland University of Technology. She also obtained a Masters of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Melbourne.
